Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are included, and attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the shipment reaches our warehouse.
